About Us
Our mission is to help every one of our patients to keep their teeth healthy and attractive for a lifetime. We are a small, private general dental practice and we provide highly personalized care with a gentle touch. Our patients range in age from 2 years old to 98 years young. We have been in Downtown Long Beach for over 15 years.
Michael Smolen, D.D.S.
Dr. Smolen is a 1983 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He practiced as an associate for 6 years in the Chicago area before moving to Long Beach in 1990. He has studied extensively in all facets of dentistry and has attained Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry. He and his wife, Cindy, have two children.

We provide a wide variety of dental services, including:
Cosmetics (Whitening,Bleaching, Bonding, Veneers), Implant restorations, Tooth-colored (non-metal, non-mercury fillings), Crowns and Bridges, Cleanings and Periodontal (gum) therapy, Air Abrasion (no shots, no drill) cavity preparation, Partials and Dentures, Emergency treatment.
Location
We are located in Downtown Long Beach in the ICB Building at the corner of Ocean and Long Beach Boulevards. Free, validated parking is available in the adjacent parking structure.
